Tulsi:
Tulsi otherwise known as Holy or Sacred Basil originated in India. It is used
in Ayurvedic medicine as an “adaptogen” and helps your body to deal with stress.
Tulsi also has a natural energising effect on the body. It has a delicious,
spicy taste of cloves which blends very nicely with the other spices in the
tea.
Cinnamon:
This is a highly aromatic spice which has some great health benefits. It has anti-oxidant and anti-imflammatory
properties as well as a number of other health benefits.
Cardamon Pods: This is a very aromatic spice which can help
with digestion problems such as heart burn.
Star Anise:
This sweet, licorice like spice is rich in anti-oxidants and also great for
fighting off the flu.
